Security Deposit Policy
  • $50 refundable security deposit per item is required at the time of booking.
  • Your deposit will be returned to your credit card or payment account within 3-5 business days after the equipment is returned and passes our inspection.
  • Stolen, lost, or damaged items: You will be charged the full retail replacement cost of the equipment, plus any applicable fees.
  • Minor wear and tear from normal use is expected and will not affect your deposit return.
Rental Agreement
  • All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
  • You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented equipment during the rental period.
