Delivery & Pick-Up Fees

$40 one-time fee Early or late flight times outside normal hours

Extended hours beyond those listed above may be available for an additional fee.

Examples:
  • If your flight arrives at 3:00 PM, we'll meet you curbside around 3:30 PM — this falls under the $30 normal hours fee.
  • If your departure flight is at 7:45 AM, we'll meet you around 7:00 AM, which falls under the $40 after-hours fee.

Only one airport concierge fee is charged per rental order.

Pick-Up & Return Times

Pick-Up

4:00 PM or after

All pickups begin at 4 PM

Return

By 12:00 PM (noon)

On return date
Late Return Fee: A $20 late fee will be applied for returns after 12:00 PM on the scheduled return date.
Need different times? Adjusted pick-up and drop-off times may be accommodated if available. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Important Notes

  • Flight Changes: Additional $25 fee if a customer fails to notify Little Luxe Rentals of a flight delay or change within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Advance Notice: Airport delivery and pick-up require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Rush Service: Requests made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to an additional $25 rush-service fee.
  • Car Seat Installation: Little Luxe Rentals does not install car seats but will provide guidance on proper setup.

How It Works: Curbside Concierge Service

Curbside Delivery

  1. Little Luxe Rentals driver will wait in the cell phone lot until you are curbside outside Baggage Claim.
  2. Please text or call when you arrive at baggage claim (before collecting your bags).
  3. Our driver will meet you curbside for a quick handoff of your rental gear.

Curbside Pick-Up

  1. On your return, the Little Luxe Rentals driver will wait in the cell phone lot.
  2. Please text or call when you are approaching the Departures / Check-In area.
  3. Our driver will meet you curbside to collect your rental equipment.

Communication Protocol

To ensure smooth service, please provide:
  • Airline name
  • Flight number
  • Arrival & departure times
48 Hours Before Arrival

Little Luxe Rentals will text or email to confirm your itinerary and delivery details.

Day of Arrival
  • Text/call when your flight departs for Monroe to confirm it's on schedule.
  • Text/call upon landing.
  • Text/call again when you are curbside at baggage claim and ready for handoff.
Day Before Departure

Little Luxe Rentals will text to confirm your scheduled return time.

Day of Departure
  • Text/call when departing for the airport to confirm ETA.
  • Text/call when ready for driver pickup (driver will be waiting in the cell phone area).
